Where do you deliver to and what are the charges?
We deliver to any personal or business address (except PO Box numbers) on the UK mainland. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order and payment, although we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery - £6.99 *
Orders under £175 to UK mainland addresses incur a delivery charge of £6.99 per address to cover delivery costs and packaging. These orders are delivered either our national courier partner.

FREE delivery
(orders over £175 are delivered free of charge.

* Please note that we are charged a surcharge of about £25 by our couriers to deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands. We will contact you to let you know how much the surcharge is and to give you the option to complete the order or not.

How often do I need to buy wine?
This is entirely up to you. You can join the Wine Discoveries Club to receive a regular monthly or quarterly case or you can buy a case or two and come back to us when you like.

What happens if I don't like a wine?
Wines can develop faults. If you don't get on with any of our wines for whatever reason, just let us know and we will either credit your account or refund your card, as you wish, for the wine(s) in question.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque or the following cards - Switch / Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard. If paying by cheque, we reserve the right to delay despatch of your wine until your cheque has cleared.

What do your published prices include?
All wines are subject to availability and vintages may vary from those shown. Prices include duty and VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to alter prices, without notice, in the event of major currency fluctuations or changes in the rate of duty, VAT or other taxes and market conditions.

How old do I have to be to buy wine?
You must be 18 or over to purchase wine in the UK.

Will you give my details to anyone else?
We will not pass on your details to any other third party organisation. Please let us know if you do not want to receive future mailings and emails from us.

I want to buy lots of wine for a party, wedding, school, charity or company event
We regularly supply wine for parties and events and can help you with wine and food matching advice, samples, volume discounts, free delivery and of course sale or return. Please select the 'Party service' option on the left for more details or email us to discuss your requirements.

I want to give wine as a gift
We can send wine in 1 or 2 bottle wooden boxes with a personal message anywhere in the UK. We also sell Wine Discoveries gift vouchers to any nomination you want (£10, £25, £50 and more).
