Absolutely delicious light and soft mollieux wine with a pleasing acidity. Hints of pear, peach and exotic fruit on the nose. Beautifully balanced.

Drink with: Aperitif, Fois Gras, Grapes, Fruit based desserts.

Dessert wine from the Roussillon area famous for its successful pairing with chocolate, red fruits and cigars. This Rivesaltes is made from Grenache grapes and has had 10 years in oak casks. The complexity and intensity of the flavours is amazing. Like a wood aged tawny port, but better.

Drink with: Any pudding with chocolate or red fruits and after dinner with a cigar!

Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle blend made with incredibly concentrated and sweet grapes due to the action of the Bortytis Cinerea fungus. Luscious, honeyed, intense flavours with a very long finish. Excellent value from Jacques Perromat.
